Deposit - a 10% deposit is payable on all venue decoration orders at the time of booking. Local deliveries of bouquets and balloons in a box must be paid in full at the time of order.

Balance - the balance for any venue decoration order is due 14 days before the event.

Delivery Times - For local deliveries of balloon bouquets and balloons in a box, we will aim to deliver on the date you request as long as we have at least 24 hours notice. For nationwide deliveries please allow at least 3 working days.

Acces to Venue - the person placing the order is responsible for ensuring that we have adequate acess to the venue in order to prepare and construct your decorations.

Leaving the Venue - once we have finished the decoration we take photographs and leave the venue (usually before you or your guests arrive). We cannot be held responsible for any damge to your decorations that occur after we leave.
