Our Terms of Trading

Deposit

A 10% deposit is payable on all venue decoration orders at the time of booking.

Balance

The balance for any venue decoration order is due 14 days before the event.

Alterations to Bookings

We will always try to accommodate any last minute alterations you may want to make, but sometimes this may incur some expense on our part so we reserve the right to charge an alteration fee of £10.

Acces to Venue

The person placing the order is responsible for ensuring that we have adequate acess to the venue in order to prepare and construct your decorations.

Leaving the Venue

Once we have finished the decoration we take photographs and leave the venue (usually before you or your guests arrive). We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your decorations that occur after we leave. Your photographs may be used on our website unless you specifcally ask us not to use them.
